Position Overview We are hiring an LMSW‑Clinical to provide: Individual therapy Optional specialty services aligned with your interests Caseloads may include adults, adolescents, or a mix, depending on your interests. We provide a structured onboarding process to help you feel confident and supported as you settle into your role. Clinicians maintain a stable caseload through consistent scheduling, timely communication, and reliable use of practice systems. HPS provides a steady flow of referrals and strong administrative support; clinicians contribute to long‑term caseload stability through professional communication, relationship‑building, and dependable follow‑through.
