reviews Full-time Rose Hill Center is a psychiatric residential treatment center in Holly operating within the " Therapeutic Farm Community Model", a holistic residential treatment approach for individuals with mental health challenges that integrates the healing power of nature and meaningful work activity with structured community living and clinical therapy. Our mission is to achieve the best possible sustainable outcomes using highly therapeutic programs for individuals with mental illness and associated challenges. Clinical Social Workers manage the care and treatment program of a case load of residents. Provide psychosocial care to the residents of Rose Hill and support them in achieving and maintaining their highest level of independence. This is accomplished by supporting their individualized goals through our work team activities, group therapies, and engagement in social activities. Clinical Social Workers demonstrate the ability to engage residents in a welcoming, hopeful, empathetic manner regardless of illness or phase of recovery and use principles of trauma informed care and a willingness to support and assist residents with trauma related issues. Master's degree in social work or other mental health profession with appropriate state licensure. Substantial experience working with individuals with a serious mental illness in either a hospital or community setting. Strong inter-personal skills with the ability to work effectively, cooperatively, and interdependently with diverse populations, including residents, staff, families, and contractual organizations. Ability to clearly communicate expectations and to effectively utilize a teamwork approach with staff at all levels. Demonstrates flexibility; ability to respond appropriately to unexpected requests and situations. Demonstrates reasonable judgment and sound decision-making. Ability to meet the physical, intellectual, emotional, and social needs of residents with varying degrees of mental illness or disability.
