Job Description

JOB Provide mental health services and psychosocial support to individuals through assessment, treatment, crisis intervention and prevention, as well as consultation, collaboration and education. This position will be working with children and youth ages 12-19, at the Saint Louis County Center for Youth on The Rise in Spanish Lake. The typical work hours will be from 8:30 am- 5:30 pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and 8:30 am-6:30 pm on Wednesday. This position is located at 12079 Bellefontaine Road Spanish Lake Mo. 63138. EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
Conduct mental health assessment to determine appropriate diagnosis and treatment plans. Collaborate with physicians and other related staff to respond to crisis situations and to provide therapeutic mental health treatments to improve functioning and alleviate symptoms. Provide direct clinical services to individuals and families to help them achieve optimal health. Serve on committees and teams to develop, coordinate and implement group programs for individuals. Perform other duties as required or assigned.
