Care documentation NCC Clinical assessment documentation Clinical documentation standards Full Job Description Counseling Associates of the Four States is seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our growing Springfield office. This is a unique opportunity to join an established private practice during an exciting period of growth. As our Springfield presence continues to expand, you'll have the chance to help shape a growing office while enjoying the support and stability of a practice that has served the Four States region for over 15 years. That's why we provide the business infrastructure—including insurance credentialing, billing, claims management, denials, and administrative support—so you can spend your time where it matters most: providing exceptional care. As a W-2 employee, you'll enjoy the benefits of private practice without the burden of managing the business side yourself. Our providers have a high level of autonomy to practice according to their clinical approach and the flexibility to build a schedule that works for them. We also offer in-house medication management services, allowing for seamless collaboration and coordinated care when clients would benefit from psychiatric support.
