The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral health and experience working with individuals and support to clients of all ages, particularly in clinical settings. The LCSW will be responsible for conducting diagnostic evaluations, facilitating individual therapy sessions, and developing individualized care plans to enhance the well-being of our patients.

Responsibilities:

Provide individual sessions Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Offer crisis intervention and support Collaborate with healthcare providers, educators, and other professionals Maintain accurate and detailed client records Educate clients and families about mental health and coping strategies Advocate for clients' needs and rights Coordinate with community resources and services

Licensed Practical Nurse Qualifications/Skills:

Experience in a clinical or healthcare setting Strong knowledge of community resources and social services Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Bilingual or multilingual abilities, preferred Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems Experience with group therapy and counseling Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly Comprehensive understanding of clinical social work practices Familiarity with state and federal regulations related to social work Strong ethical standards and confidentiality practices Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

Education/ Qualifications:

Master's degree in social work (MSW) from an accredited institution Current LCSW licensure in the state of practice Experience with EMR (electronic medical records), medical terminology Previous experience in specific medical field preferred Would consider an apprenticeship -

LCSW-A Bilingual:
