Job Description

Category Schools - Social Worker Job Type Contract Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) - School-Based W-2 Contract Soliant education is seeking a compassionate and collaborative Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide school-based mental health services and support student success. This W-2 contract position works closely with students, families, educators, and community partners to address social, emotional, behavioral, and academic needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide individual, group, and crisis counseling services to students Conduct assessments and develop intervention plans to support student success Collaborate with school teams, families, and community agencies Support behavior intervention planning, conflict resolution, and social-emotional development Participate in IEP, 504, PBIS, and student support meetings Connect families with community resources and mental health services Consult with teachers and staff regarding student behavioral and emotional needs Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all ethical and legal requirements
Qualifications:
Active LCSW license Experience working with children and adolescents preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and crisis intervention skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain professional boundaries Commitment to advocacy, equity, and student well-being
Desired Traits:
Compassionate, dependable, team-oriented, organized, ethical, and passionate about helping students and families overcome barriers to success Compensation details: W2 contract, full-time applicants preferred. Hourly pay, for all hours worked. Compensation varies based on experience and is negotiable.
Range:
