Job Description

Our goal is for people to grow, have hope, thrive in their community and feel like they belong. NFI North is seeking a full time Clinician for our Transitional Housing Program in the Concord area. This program is a residential treatment and day program with a progressive reputation of providing comprehensive clinical, vocational services and life skills for adults living with mental illness that are seeking independent living. Many of our participants get apartments and go to college with the support of our amazing staff team
Responsibilities:
Providing clinical services in a day treatment program setting. Offer individual and group therapy for consumers whose mental illness can also be compromised by substance use, developmental deficits, neurological impairments, major illnesses and legal constraints. Would act in a team leadership role for a multidisciplinary treatment team, development of treatment plans, assessments, crisis management, coordination of therapeutic service and supervision of a clinical case manager. Candidate must possess a Master's Degree in Social Work or related field. Licensure in social work or mental health field preferred or license eligible.
