Job Description

NFI North is seeking a Full-Time Licensed Clinician/ Case Manager for our five bed Community Residence Treatment Program located in Nashua New Hampshire. This new program augments NFI North's existing continuum of care providing a broad spectrum of care to the people we serve. This treatment facility provides our participants with a home-like environment. The Agency has a progressive reputation of providing comprehensive clinical, nursing, medical, case management, vocational, educational and peer support services and life skills to adults living with Serious Mental Illness (SMI) or Serious and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI) and/or complex medical needs.
Responsibilities:
Provide clinical and case management services to assigned participants, including individual and group therapy, treatment planning, assessments, crisis management and coordination of therapeutic services. Provide team leadership for a multidisciplinary treatment team and clinical training and support for staff. Responsibilities include administrative duties, benefits management and financial information, coordination of supported employment activities where applicable and overall clinical support for participants.
Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Social Work or related field preferred; licensure in social work or mental health field preferred or license eligible.
