Job Description

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) We are seeking a compassionate and motivated LCSW to provide behavioral health services within an adult residential/boarding home setting.
Responsibilities:
Conduct psychosocial assessments and evaluations Provide psychotherapy and supportive counseling services Develop treatment plans and maintain clinical documentation Coordinate care with facility staff and supervising providers Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with regulations
Requirements:
Active New Jersey LCSW license Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience with behavioral health, geriatric, or residential populations preferred Ability to work independently and manage caseload efficiently
Position Details:
Flexible schedule Facility-based setting Opportunity for growth within a multi-facility behavioral health program Supportive administrative and clinical structure
Compensation:
Productivity-based compensation with strong earning potential based on caseload volume and participation. Expected annual earning potential ranges from approximately $90,000-$100,000+ depending on availability and productivity.
Pay:
$90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
