09/10/2026 Job Description Job Description Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) - Geriatric Psychotherapist MindCare Therapeutics LLC New Jersey In-Person & Telehealth Part-Time About MindCare Therapeutics MindCare Therapeutics LLC is a New Jersey-based psychotherapy practice specializing in the mental health and emotional well-being of older adults and the geriatric community. We are growing our clinical team and seeking a compassionate New Jersey Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with experience and a genuine interest in working with older adults. The Position We are seeking a part-time LCSW Psychotherapist to provide individual psychotherapy to older adults throughout New Jersey. This is a primarily in-person position, with telehealth flexibility. You'll have the ability to create your own schedule based on your availability, patient needs, and facility schedules. This role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys building meaningful therapeutic relationships with older adults and values a flexible, self-directed schedule. What You'll Do Provide compassionate individual psychotherapy and supportive counseling to older adults, primarily in-person, with telehealth flexibility. Collaborate, when appropriate, with families, caregivers, facility staff, and other members of the patient's care team, and connect patients with additional supportive resources when needed. Maintain timely clinical documentation and provide care in accordance with professional social work ethics, HIPAA, payer requirements, and applicable New Jersey regulations. Required Qualifications Active, unrestricted Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the State of New Jersey. Maintain active professional liability (malpractice) insurance with minimum coverage of $1 million per claim / $3 million aggregate throughout employment. Experience providing individual psychotherapy, including clinical assessment and clinical documentation, with older adults and geriatric populations. Must meet applicable Medicare clinical social worker requirements and be eligible for credentialing with Medicare and other insurance plans utilized by MindCare Therapeutics. Reliable transportation.
