Responsibilities What You'll Do- Lead 3-4 one-hour group therapy sessions per day using a structured, evidence-based curriculum.
- Facilitate group discussions using a "plug and play" approach from approved modalities to meet members where they are within the guardrails of our clinical framework.
- Collaborate with prescribers, care navigators, and recovery coaches.
- Monitor member progress and document outcomes.
- Support a positive, recovery-oriented environment for members.

- An active license or certification: LISW/LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, LPAT, psychologist and psychiatrist.
- Minimum two years' leading groups in a SUD setting.
- High comfort level with

- Ability to work 2-3 evenings per week up to 9pm as needed.
- Other preferred backgrounds, experience, and skills include: mental health, social work, substance use disorder treatment, therapy, human services, social services, medication assisted treatment or MAT.
