Position:
Full-Time Clinical Therapist We are seeking a compassionate, collaborative, and motivated therapist to join our growing team. This role provides counseling services to a diverse population, including: Adults Adolescents/Teens Children Couples Families Therapy Groups Whether you're passionate about helping a child navigate big emotions, supporting a family through life transitions, or helping adults rediscover themselves, you'll have the opportunity to build a meaningful and fulfilling caseload. What You'll Do Provide ethical, evidence-based counseling services Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans Facilitate individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions Maintain timely and accurate documentation Collaborate with supervisors and fellow clinicians Participate in trainings, supervision, and professional development opportunities Build strong therapeutic relationships with clients and families Contribute to our positive, supportive agency culture What We're Looking For You might be a great fit if you: Are licensed - LMSW, LMHC, LCSW, LPCC Value collaboration and teamwork Are passionate about helping people across the lifespan Enjoy both autonomy and connection with colleagues Believe therapists deserve support, too Want to be part of something meaningful where you can grow and expand your skills Are ready to help us build an agency that makes an impact in our community Have a sense of humor and understand that sometimes coffee and peer support are evidence-based interventions (okay… maybe not officially, but close enough). Qualifications Master's degree or higher in social work or counseling. Valid licensure active in New Mexico Proven experience in psychotherapy modalities and interventions (think
CBT, DBT, MI, IFS, EFT, EMDR
) Demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations (or open to it) Strong skills in patient assessment, case management, time management, creativity, and organization. Collaborative communication style, a desire for sharing and learning, and a curious nature. Compensation This a W-2 paid position Billable Hourly Clinical Rate Additional Administrative Hourly Rate Quarterly Agency-Wide Trainings (we are a CEU provider with NMRLD) Weekly Individual & Group Clinical Supervisions (we are designated Clinical Supervisors with NMRLD) Credentialing Offered Autonomy in Choosing Schedule & Flexibility in Caseload Ramping Paid for Late Cancellation and No Show Sessions (because your time is valuable) 3-weeks Paid Vacation Annually for Full-Time 6 paid Holidays Real-time support from our outstanding admin team for client communication, scheduling and billing (you stay focused on the clinical side) Office Perks- clinician self-care station, team building events, agency therapist support and collaboration group, agency mentorship program Our team continues to grow as we meet likeminded people who share our values and passion for this field.
