We are building a structured, ethical, and collaborative clinical team focused on high-quality care and strong documentation practices. We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide individual therapy services to clients in our IOP and outpatient programs. Duties Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' needs, strengths, and goals within behavioral health and social work frameworks. Develop updated individualized treatment plans Complete progress notes and documentation in compliance with Medicaid and state regulations Collaborate with Clinical Director and other team members Requirements Valid licensure as a clinical social worker in Nevada. Strong background in crisis intervention, crisis management, addiction counseling, and behavioral health services. Experience in substance use or dual diagnosis preferred. Strong documentation skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations. Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism, compassion, and transparency. Knowledge of evidence-based practices. CPR/First Aid (Willingness to obtain). Schedule Monday•

Compensation Salary range:
