Location:
Long Island City, Queens (Hybrid - 4 days onsite, 1 day remote) Salary +
Benefits:

Responsibilities of Licensed Clinical Social Worker:
Take ownership of a clinically diverse caseload, providing high-quality individual and group therapy Conduct intakes, biopsychosocial assessments, and diagnostic evaluations in compliance with
OASAS/OMH
standards Develop and drive individualized treatment plans with measurable outcomes Build strong therapeutic alliances, including engaging resistant or high-barrier clients Play a key role in clinical leadership by supervising LMSWs, CASACs, and junior staff Review, approve, and ensure quality of clinical documentation and admissions Maintain high-level documentation standards and productivity metrics in a fast-paced setting Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to ensure continuity of care Contribute to program growth, including potential involvement in new initiatives and court-based services Participate in case conferences and provide clinical insight that directly impacts client outcomes
Requirements of Licensed Clinical Social Worker:
Active LCSW (NY) license 1+ years of clinical experience, including post-licensure experience Strong experience in mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders Proven ability to deliver evidence-based treatments (CBT, Motivational Interviewing, SFT, etc.) Prior experience working with high-acuity or justice-involved populations strongly preferred Demonstrated ability to manage caseloads, documentation, and productivity expectations Experience supervising or mentoring junior clinicians is highly desirable Comfortable working both onsite and via telehealth in a hybrid environment Strong technical skills, including experience with electronic health record systems CASAC and/or bilingual Spanish-speaking skills are a plus
Pay:
$80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
