Qualifications:
Possession of a Master's degree in social work from an accredited program. Valid and unrestricted LISW license in Ohio. Candidates awaiting licensure or exam results may be considered, with the requirement to obtain LISW within 6 months of hire. Proof of exam date is necessary. Minimum of two (2) years experience in mental health settings working with children/adolescents. Proficiency in trauma-informed care, de-escalation techniques, and evidence-based practices.
Work Schedule and Compensation:
Full-time position available. Compensation ranging from $27.27hr to $37.53hr, dependent on experience. Comprehensive benefits package provided.
Responsibilities:
Conduct clinical assessments, crisis interventions, treatment planning, and case management services for youth in the Youth Crisis Stabilization Unit. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to stabilize youth, involve families, and coordinate follow-up services for continuity of care. Develop individualized treatment and crisis stabilization plans in consultation with clients, families, and treatment teams. Deliver short-term, trauma-informed therapeutic interventions (individual, group, and family sessions). Assist in discharge planning, including referrals and coordination with external providers and community supports. Attend daily clinical rounds and team meetings to monitor client progress and adjust care plans as needed. Maintain accurate and timely documentation that meets regulatory standards. Provide support and education to families/caregivers on crisis response, coping strategies, and care continuity. Maintain licensure and engage in ongoing education relevant to youth mental health and crisis stabilization.
