Job Summary Licensed Clinician — Therapeutic Day Treatment ProgramAbout the Position REACH for Tomorrow is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and clinically skilled Licensed Clinician to provide services within our Therapeutic Day Treatment program for adolescents. This program supports youth who benefit from a structured therapeutic environment that combines mental health treatment, skill-building, emotional regulation, behavioral support, and educational coordination. The ideal candidate is someone who understands adolescent mental health, trauma-informed care, family systems, and the importance of meeting youth where they are. This position requires a clinician who can build rapport with students, work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, and provide services that are both clinically sound and engaging for adolescents. Key Responsibilities The Licensed Clinician will: Provide individual, group, and family therapy services to adolescents enrolled in the Therapeutic Day Treatment program. Facilitate therapeutic groups focused on emotional regulation, coping skills, trauma recovery, communication, relationships, decision-making, self-esteem, and life skills. Complete clinical assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, updates, and other required documentation in a timely and professional manner. Support students in developing individualized goals related to mental health, behavior, school functioning, and family/community stability. Provide crisis intervention, de-escalation, and clinical support as needed. Collaborate with educational staff, case managers, QMHS staff, supervisors, families, and other involved providers. Participate in treatment team meetings, staffing, and care coordination. Use trauma-informed, strengths-based, culturally responsive, and developmentally appropriate interventions. Assist with program development, group curriculum implementation, and therapeutic activities. Maintain compliance with agency policies, Medicaid documentation expectations, confidentiality standards, and all applicable licensing requirements. Support a safe, respectful, and structured therapeutic environment for adolescents.

Qualifications Required:

Current Ohio clinical license, such as LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC, MFT, IMFT, or equivalent eligible behavioral health license. Experience working with children, adolescents, or families. Ability to provide clinically appropriate individual and group services. Strong documentation, organization, and communication skills. Ability to work as part of a team in a structured day treatment or school-based setting. Commitment to trauma-informed, strengths-based care.

Preferred:

Experience in day treatment, intensive outpatient, school-based mental health, residential, juvenile justice, foster care, or community behavioral health settings. Experience with adolescents who have trauma histories, emotional/behavioral needs, anxiety, depression, mood concerns, substance use concerns, family conflict, or school-related challenges. Experience facilitating therapeutic groups. Knowledge of Medicaid documentation and treatment planning. Pay:

$24.50 - $28.50 per hour
