Medical Social Worker (PRN) Mays House Call Home Health - 1.5 Tulsa, OK Job Details PRN 1 day ago Qualifications Master's degree in social work Master of Social Work Social Work License Driver's License Full Job Description PRN Medical Social Worker (MSW) - Hospice Make a meaningful impact during some of life's most important moments. We're looking for a compassionate and dependable PRN Medical Social Worker (MSW) to support hospice patients and their families. In this role, you'll provide emotional support, counseling, community resource coordination, and guidance to help patients and loved ones navigate the hospice journey with dignity and care. What You'll Do Provide medical social work services to hospice patients and families Support emotional, psychosocial, and end-of-life needs Assist with care planning and community resource coordination Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary hospice team Maintain timely and accurate documentation Help ensure patients and families receive compassionate, quality care What's Required Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from an accredited school of social work Current Social Work license in the state(s) where services are provided Minimum of one year of healthcare social work experience preferred Hospice or end-of-life care experience strongly preferred Understanding of hospice philosophy and issues related to death and dying Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills Valid driver's license and insured, reliable transportation Why Join Us Flexible PRN schedule Supportive team environment Opportunity to make a real difference in patients' lives Meaningful, patient-centered work
