The role enables the LCSW to connect with a diverse set of clients while accessing ongoing training and support as part of a multi-disciplinary team within the community health clinic framework. Key Responsibilities Deliver individualized and group therapy sessions in accordance with tailored treatment plans, effectively addressing the specific needs of each client. Conduct thorough assessments and provide case management services to facilitate comprehensive care for clients. Engage in crisis intervention and triage appointments, ensuring clients receive timely and appropriate support when facing critical challenges. Implement a variety of therapeutic approaches, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), relaxation techniques, and motivational interviewing, to enhance treatment effectiveness. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams during case consultation and coordination meetings, ensuring that all aspects of client care are addressed holistically. Design and execute outreach initiatives that promote wellness and educate the community about mental health resources and services. Patient Population / Client Focus The LCSW will primarily work with clients facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other behavioral health issues. Qualifications A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution. Active Pennsylvania license in Social Work (LCSW). Strong technical skills, including familiarity with office management software and telehealth platforms. Compensation and Benefits This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
