Job Description
We're looking for part-time or full-time Licensed Clinicians/Interns to provide clinical interventions to individuals, families, couples, and groups (both adults and children).
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct behavioral therapy sessions using evidence-based practices Perform patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Provide clinical counseling incorporating various therapeutic modalities Utilize crisis intervention techniques when necessary Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to HIPAA regulations Work Environment Flexible locations: in-home, community settings, office, and teletherapy Create your own schedule that works for you! Full time or Part time options. Focus on clinical work, agency takes care of administrative work. Opportunity to serve underserved areas. Qualifications Master's degree in counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field Experience in behavioral health patient care and assessment Proficiency in medical documentation and HIPAA compliance Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work with diverse populations, including children and families Experience in crisis intervention and PTSD care is a plus Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay: $50-$60 per hour Flexibility, without sacrificing income consistency Stable, predictable caseload Travel is structured, predictable, travel reimbursement provided.
