About Evergreen Community Behavioral Health Evergreen Community Behavioral Health is a growing outpatient behavioral health practice dedicated to providing accessible, high-quality mental health services throughout North Carolina. Our mission is to deliver person-centered, evidence-based care while creating a supportive environment where clinicians can thrive. Our administrative team manages referrals, scheduling, insurance billing, credentialing support, and day-to-day operations so clinicians can focus on client care. Compensation $40.00 to $50.00 per completed clinical session , based on experience and qualifications.

Please Note:

This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position. Contractor compensation is issued after insurance reimbursement (remittance) has been received by the agency, in accordance with Evergreen Community Behavioral Health's provider compensation policy. What We Offer Competitive per-session compensation Flexible full-time and part-time opportunities Consistent client referrals Administrative support Insurance billing and claims management Credentialing assistance Scheduling support SimplePractice Electronic Health Record Clinical collaboration and supervision Opportunities for professional growth Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments Provide individual outpatient psychotherapy Develop and update individualized treatment plans Complete clinical documentation within agency timeframes Maintain accurate, ethical, and Medicaid-compliant documentation Coordinate care with medical providers, Peer Support Specialists, and community resources when appropriate Participate in supervision, team meetings, and quality improvement activities Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance Follow all agency policies and payer requirements Required Qualifications Active North Carolina Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA) license Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution Eligible to provide outpatient behavioral health services in North Carolina Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent documentation and organizational abilities Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team Reliable internet connection and private workspace for telehealth services (if working remotely) Preferred Qualifications Experience providing outpatient therapy Experience working with children, adolescents, or adults Medicaid experience Familiarity with SimplePractice or other electronic health record systems Experience with telehealth services Schedule Monday through Friday Flexible scheduling Full-time or Part-time Contractor (1099) Remote opportunities available Administrative Support Our team handles: Insurance verification Claims submission Billing Referral management Scheduling assistance Credentialing support This allows our clinicians to spend more time providing quality care and less time managing administrative tasks.
