About the Role We are seeking a licensed, generalist LCSW or LPC to join our team on a part-time independent contractor basis. This role is designed for a clinician who is looking for a flexible, low-overhead opportunity to carry a caseload without managing the business side of practice. You will primarily serve overflow clients referred through For Us Collective, with the option to run your own clients through our infrastructure as well. This is a great fit for a therapist who wants to stay clinically active, values flexibility, and is looking for a collaborative practice home without a full-time commitment. Responsibilities Carry a part-time caseload of individual therapy clients (under 20 hours/week) Provide generalist outpatient therapy across the lifespan, with comfort working with children, adolescents, and adults Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation within our EHR system Collaborate with For Us Collective's clinical director as needed Uphold ethical and professional standards consistent with NASW guidelines Preferred Clinical Experience Anxiety and depression Crisis intervention and stabilization Burnout and occupational stress Adjustment disorder and life transitions Experience working with children and adolescents a plus Requirements Active, unrestricted Texas LCSW license in good standing Generalist clinical background with experience across diverse populations Ability to maintain a consistent part-time caseload Strong documentation habits and comfort with EHR platforms Availability to begin within 60 days What We Offer 55/45 split on all collected revenue (you keep 55%) Credentialing support (Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial payers) Full billing management, no claims chasing on your end EHR access provided Steady referral pipeline from an established practice Flexible scheduling, set your own hours Option to bring your own clients and run them through our billing infrastructure In-person office space available in Oak Cliff, Dallas; virtual sessions also supported To Apply Send your resume and a brief note about your clinical background and availability to .
