$94,000.00 - $126,000.00 per year Job description: We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our expanding mental health practice. This role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys meaningful clinical work with individuals, couples, and families and values flexibility and collaboration. You'll have the opportunity to work in a positive, team-oriented setting while maintaining autonomy over your schedule.

What You'll Do:

Provide therapeutic services to individuals, couples, families, and/or groups. Complete clinical assessments and create individualized treatment plans. Apply evidence-based approaches to support clients experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related challenges. Coordinate care and consult with other clinicians to support client progress. Maintain thorough, timely, and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards. Participate in team meetings, consultations, and collaborative discussions.

What We're Looking For:

Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution. Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Experience delivering therapy across a range of mental health concerns. Strong communication, clinical judgment, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative clinical team. Commitment to ongoing professional growth and learning.
