Healthcare Recruiters International is partnering with a growing outpatient behavioral health practice seeking an LCSW or LPC to join a collaborative, clinician focused team. This is a hybrid role combining in person and telehealth, working within a neuropsychology informed model supporting clients with ADHD, executive functioning challenges, brain injury, and related concerns. Why Clinicians Apply $85,000 to $95,000 base salary plus quarterly bonus potential Hybrid schedule about 2 days onsite remainder remote Flexible 4 or 5 day work week Consistent referrals no need to build a caseload Full administrative support no billing scheduling or intake Modern EMR and streamlined documentation Clinician first culture with strong support What You Will Do Provide outpatient individual therapy using evidence based approaches Work with clients experiencing ADHD executive functioning challenges and cognitive concerns Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Integrate neuropsychological evaluation findings into care when appropriate Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team Maintain timely and accurate documentation What the Schedule Looks Like Caseload typically 25 to 30 clients per week 90837 sessions 50 minute appointments Approximately 10 minutes per note Hybrid model about 2 days in office Practice Locations Toms River Freehold Manahawkin Galloway Clinicians are typically scheduled at 1 to 2 locations with schedules organized in advance to minimize travel.
