Full Job Description Job Description:

Helen's Place is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and licensed mental health professional to join our growing outpatient behavioral health team in Las Vegas, Nevada. We provide high-quality, client-centered mental health services to adults in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments. Develop individualized treatment plans. Provide individual and group therapy services. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Collaborate with the Clinical Director and treatment team. Follow Nevada Medicaid documentation and compliance requirements. Maintain professional and ethical standards of practice.

Qualifications:

Active Nevada LMFT, LCSW, LCPC, or CPC-Intern license (or license eligible under supervision). Experience providing outpatient mental health services preferred. Strong communication and documentation skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) is a plus.

Position Details:
