We're looking for compassionate, dedicated therapists who want to make a meaningful impact while enjoying the flexibility of working from home. We provide high-quality virtual mental health services to children, adolescents, and young adults , making care more accessible to families across the state. As a clinician-led, minority-owned organization, we're committed to supporting both the clients we serve and the clinicians who care for them. If you're passionate about working with youth, value flexibility, and want to join a collaborative, mission-driven team, we'd love to meet you! What You'll Do You'll provide 15-22 telehealth sessions per week , delivering individual and family therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults throughout Oklahoma. Most clinicians see clients during weekday afternoons and evenings (2:00-9:00 PM EST) , with weekend availability welcomed. You create your schedule—we provide the referrals, administrative support, billing, and credentialing.
Your day-to-day includes:
Conducting comprehensive behavioral health assessments Developing individualized, trauma-informed treatment plans Providing evidence-based individual and family therapy through secure telehealth Collaborating with our interdisciplinary care team, including therapists, PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and care coordinators Completing timely, accurate clinical documentation within our electronic health record (EHR) ‍‍ Supporting children and families through education, collaboration, and coordinated care Compensation & What We Offer We believe clinicians should be rewarded for the meaningful work they do. $50 per billable hour for independently licensed clinicians Monthly bonus potential based on eligible clinical and performance metrics Additional opportunities to grow your earnings as you build your caseload 100% remote work 401(k) with 3% company match $150 annual CEU reimbursement ❤️ Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Opportunities for clinical leadership and professional growth as we continue expanding throughout Oklahoma Clinical collaboration, consultation, and support from a multidisciplinary team ✅ What We're Looking For We're seeking clinicians who have: ✔️ An active Oklahoma independent license ( LPC or LCSW ) ✔️ Experience working with children, adolescents, and families—or a strong passion for serving this population ✔️ The ability to work independently and effectively in a virtual environment ✔️ Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills ✔️ A commitment to trauma-informed and culturally responsive care Bilingual (English/Spanish) clinicians are strongly encouraged to apply.
