Work Environment This role is performed remotely, focusing specifically on school-based interventions for children aged zero to three. You will work closely with early intervention teams to develop tailored strategies and support for children with disabilities or developmental delays, all while leveraging modern communication tools to maintain efficient and effective collaboration with families and educational staff. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children to determine their developmental needs and strengths. Engage actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) that address the unique requirements of each child. Monitor and assess child progress as part of a multidisciplinary team, adjusting interventions as necessary to optimize outcomes. Patient Population / Client Focus Your primary focus will be on infants and toddlers who exhibit developmental challenges or disabilities. You will assist families in understanding their child's developmental milestones and provide them with tools to promote growth across physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication domains, ensuring a holistic approach to child development. Qualifications A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work is required, with an active LCSW license issued by the Department of Public Health.
