Position Overview We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our growing practice. This role is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about working with anxiety and OCD and is interested in developing or deepening their skills in evidence-based treatments such as Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) . Prior ERP experience is not required. We provide training, consultation, and support to help you build confidence and competence in this area. What You'll Do Provide individual psychotherapy with a primary focus on anxiety disorders and OCD Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans Utilize and develop skills in CBT, ERP, and ACT (training provided) Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Participate in ongoing consultation and training to support clinical growth Collaborate with a small, supportive team Build and maintain a consistent caseload with scheduling flexibility What We're Looking For Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program Active LCSW license in New York State Strong interest in working with anxiety and OCD Openness to learning and implementing ERP and other evidence-based treatments Solid clinical judgment, professionalism, and ethical practice Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Compensation & Benefits Commission-based W-2 position with competitive earning potential (Typical range: $37K - 117K annually depending on caseload) Ongoing training and consultation in OCD and anxiety treatment (ERP-focused) Flexible schedule and autonomy in managing caseload and schedule Hybrid work possible (in-person + telehealth) 401(k) offered Supportive, collaborative environment focused on clinician growth

Pay:

$70.00 - $95.00 per hour
