Job Description
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join a dynamic behavioral health team. In this role, you will provide mental health counseling, clinical assessments, and case management services to diverse populations including children, adolescents, adults, and seniors.
This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through evidence-based therapies and collaborative care approaches.
- Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and diagnostic evaluations
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions
- Utilize evidence-based approaches such as CBT, behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and ABA
- Support clients with PTSD, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), developmental disabilities, and geriatric conditions
- Perform crisis intervention and crisis management
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
- Maintain accurate documentation using EMR/EHR systems
- Provide case management including intake, patient education, and care coordination
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and maintain patient confidentiality
- Work Model
- Hybrid role (combination of onsite and remote work)
- Flexibility for remote documentation and administrative tasks
- Qualifications
- Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license
- Experience working with children, families, and behavioral health populations
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques (CBT, crisis intervention, etc.)
- Experience with EMR systems and medical documentation
- Familiarity with
ICD-10/ICD-9
coding and CPT billing practices- Experience in hospital, home health, or community-based settings preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
