Job Description
Position Overview We are seeking a qualified Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to provide clinical leadership, supervision, and oversight of behavioral health services. The LICSW will be responsible for ensuring compliance with state regulations, maintaining high standards of clinical care, supporting staff development, and promoting quality service delivery. This role includes providing clinical supervision, reviewing assessments and treatment plans, supporting quality assurance and compliance activities, assisting with program development, and serving as a clinical resource to staff. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with experience in community-based behavioral health services and multidisciplinary team collaboration. This position offers flexibility with primarily remote work and the opportunity to help develop and strengthen behavioral health programs while ensuring excellent client outcomes.
