Position Overview:

We are seeking a licensed therapist (LCSW or LMHC) to join our growing team as an independent contractor . This is a fully remote position with flexible scheduling , ideal for clinicians who value autonomy while being part of a supportive and mission-driven group.

Responsibilities:

Provide individual psychotherapy to adults, adolescents or couples Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Participate in periodic case consultations and team meetings (optional but encouraged) Collaborate with our administrative team for scheduling and billing support Maintain compliance with ethical and legal standards for clinical care

Qualifications:

Active LCSW or LMHC license Experience with LGBTQ+ community preferred but not required Comfortable working independently in a remote setting Strong clinical skills and a commitment to inclusive, affirming care Reliable internet connection and private, confidential workspace
