Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Licensed Therapist to provide outpatient behavioral health services to individuals, families, and/or children in Northern New Mexico (Raton, Las Vegas, Taos, Questa, Mora, Springer, Angel Fire). The Therapist will complete assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapy services while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support client success. A sign on bonus for licensed clinicians is offered: $2,500 at start; $2,500 at 6 months; $3,000 at 12 months Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy services Complete biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Monitor client progress and update treatment goals as needed Provide crisis intervention and safety planning when appropriate Collaborate with Community Support Workers, case managers, and providers Participate in clinical supervision and team meetings Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with state regulations Coordinate care with schools, medical providers, and community resources Minimum Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field Licensed in New Mexico (LCSW, LMHC, LISW, LMSW, LPCC, LMFT, or eligible) Experience providing therapy services preferred Knowledge of DSM-5 diagnosis and treatment planning Strong documentation and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications Experience working with children and families Knowledge of trauma-informed care Experience with Medicaid billing and documentation Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Experience in community-based behavioral health Work Environment Outpatient clinic and/or telehealth services Flexible scheduling available Full-time and part-time options Collaborative team environment Benefits Competitive salary Sign on bonus for licensed clinicians: $2,500 at start; $2,500 at 6 months; $3,000 at 12 months
