Job Description

Overview:
We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LISW-CP) or Licensed Therapist to provide outpatient mental health therapy to join our growing practice to provide outpatient mental health therapy for adults, adolescents, and couples. This is not a high-volume therapy environment . We have intentionally built a model that prioritizes meaningful clinical work, strong therapeutic relationships, and high-quality care .

Carolina Grace is a concierge mental health and wellness practice designed for patients who want more than rushed sessions and surface-level care. We keep our mental health caseloads focused on: Thoughtful, evidence-based care Strong therapeutic relationships Whole-person wellness Our model includes: Individual, adolescent, and couples therapy Structured clinical approaches (including skills-based work) Collaboration with medical providers for integrated care We are not trying to be the biggest practice—we are building one of the most trusted and respected . Who This Role Is For This role is ideal for clinicians who: Value depth over volume Take pride in clinical skill and outcomes Enjoy working with adolescents, adults, and/or couples Thrive in a collaborative, high-standard environment Responsibilities Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and/or adolescents Maintain an active caseload (approximately 25-27 sessions per week ) Conduct intake assessments Develop and implement personalized, evidence-based treatment plans Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner within the EHR Adhere to all ethical and legal standards of care Deliver evidence-based treatment Outpatient setting Schedule Flexible scheduling within with the hours of:
Monday-Thursday:
8:00 AM - 6:00
PM and Friday:
8:00 AM - 1:00 PM Qualifications LISW-CP (South Carolina) (required or within 60 days of licensure) Graduate degree from an accredited program Strong interpersonal and communication skills Commitment to high-quality, ethical care
Preferred:
Training in evidence-based models (CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, MI, etc.) Experience with couples therapy or structured approaches •Final Note•We are intentional about who we bring into this practice.
