Services are delivered within a structured inpatient environment designed to address the integrated medical and behavioral health requirements of this patient population. About the Clinician's Workday The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will provide individual psychotherapy to adolescent patients with complex medical and behavioral conditions within an inpatient setting, conducting 5-7 therapy sessions daily. The clinician will work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on a full-time schedule totaling 40 hours per week, with this position requiring on-site presence only. Responsibilities include maintaining comprehensive treatment documentation and participating in multidisciplinary team meetings to coordinate care for high-acuity adolescent patients. Board certification and current LCSW licensure in Texas are required; no call coverage is required for this position.
