Job Description

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) - Full-Time | Fort Bliss, TX Sterling Medical is seeking a qualified Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to support services at Fort Bliss, Texas . This is an excellent opportunity to work in a structured, mission-driven environment supporting active-duty service members.
Position Details:
Full-Time, Monday-Friday 8-hour shifts between 5:00 AM - 4:30
PM Location:
Fort Bliss, TX Setting:
Military treatment facility / clinic environment
Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from a CSWE-accredited program Active, unrestricted LCSW license
Experience:
Master's-level practicum OR Minimum 2 years of post-MSW clinical experience within the last 3 years in a clinical/treatment setting BLS Certification (AHA or Red Cross)

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct behavioral health screenings and assessments for service members Evaluate service members for deployment readiness and post-deployment clearance Make clinical determinations regarding need for counseling, treatment, or further evaluation Provide short-term counseling, crisis intervention, and referrals as needed Assess high patient volumes and maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment Collaborate with providers, leadership, and command staff while maintaining HIPAA compliance Coordinate care and recommend appropriate follow-up services or treatment plans Utilize telehealth and healthcare technologies as appropriate Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation (within 24 hours) Participate in team meetings, case discussions, and quality assurance activities Adhere to DoD, DHA, MTF, CDC, and Joint Commission standards and protocols Complete all required training, credentialing, and timekeeping (DMHRSi)
