Licensed Clinical Social Worker 12 and Beyond Provo, UT Job Details Full-time $75,000 - $100,000 a year 1 day ago Benefits Paid holidays Health insurance Paid time off Paid sick time Qualifications Teamwork Licensed Clinical Social Worker Outpatient experience Telehealth experience Social Work Full Job Description Overview We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide clinical services within our Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). Salary is negotiable. Responsibilities Provide individual, group, and family therapy for clients with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. Complete clinical assessments and individualized treatment plans. Facilitate SUD, recovery, relapse-prevention, and behavioral health groups. Provide crisis intervention and clinical support during scheduled work hours. No on-call or after-hours crisis coverage required. Monitor client progress and participate in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings. Complete timely, accurate clinical documentation and demonstrate medical necessity. Coordinate referrals, discharge planning, and continuity of care. Maintain compliance with applicable state, Medicaid, insurance, HIPAA, and program requirements. Qualifications Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field. Active LPC or LCSW license in Missouri. SUD/addiction treatment experience preferred. PHP, IOP, behavioral health, or co-occurring disorder experience preferred. Knowledge of ASAM criteria preferred. Strong clinical, documentation, communication, and group facilitation skills.
