Behavioral Health Experience Preferred About the Role We are seeking a compassionate Behavioral Health Clinician Child & Family to provide evidence-based, culturally responsive outpatient behavioral health services for children, adolescents, adults, and families. Responsibilities Conduct behavioral health assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices. Provide individual, group, family, and marital therapy while utilizing Trauma-Informed Care and culturally responsive treatment approaches. Deliver crisis intervention, care coordination, motivational interviewing, patient education, and referrals to community resources. Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic health record while meeting productivity and regulatory standards. Collaborate with physicians, behavioral health professionals, and community partners to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care. Requirements Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related behavioral health field required. Licensed Clinical Social Worker ( LCSW ), Licensed Professional Counselor ( LPC ), or Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist ( LMFT ) preferred (clinical supervision available for license-eligible candidates). Active or eligible Alaska Driver's License required within 6 months of hire. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 3 months of hire. Strong knowledge of behavioral health assessments, crisis intervention, treatment planning, HIPAA compliance, and evidence-based therapy practices.
