Join Our Team Overview Join our dynamic mental health team as a Counselor specializing in Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) roles. In this vital position, you will deliver compassionate, evidence-based psychotherapy to diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and adults. Your expertise will help clients navigate complex emotional and behavioral challenges, fostering resilience and growth through personalized treatment plans. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations utilizing ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding standards to inform treatment planning. Provide individual, couple, family, and child/youth therapy sessions using evidence-based practices. Implement crisis intervention strategies to manage acute mental health emergencies effectively, ensuring client safety and stabilization. Develop tailored treatment plans aligned with clinical documentation standards, HIPAA regulations, and ethical guidelines to support client progress. Utilize telehealth platforms for remote counseling sessions, maintaining high-quality patient care across various settings including outpatient clinics and inpatient facilities. Engage in case management duties. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support clients with co-occurring disorders, developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), PTSD, addiction issues, and other complex conditions. Qualifications Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology or related field from an accredited program. Valid LMFT or LPC license in good standing with state licensing boards. Proven experience in psychotherapy modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused therapy, grief counseling, addiction counseling, and behavior management techniques.
