We are currently have an opening for a clinician for our new Bentonville location! Argenta Counseling + Wellness Bentonville, AR | North Little Rock, AR | West Little Rock, AR | Telehealth Are you a fully licensed clinician looking for a practice that values clinical excellence, supported autonomy, collaboration, and work-life balance? Argenta Counseling + Wellness is growing and seeking experienced Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), and Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) licensed in Arkansas to join our team. What We Are Looking For Active Arkansas license as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW Minimum 1 year post-graduate clinical experience preferred Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently Experience providing therapy to diverse populations Commitment to strong documentation and ethical practice standards Ability to manage a caseload with the support of our clinical and administrative teams Experience with trauma, couples counseling, anxiety, depression, relationships, or other outpatient concerns preferred Why Argenta Counseling + Wellness?
