Regional Detox Specialist Eureka Springs, AR 72631 From $19 an hour - Full-time From $19 an hour - Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Regional Detox Specialist (RDS) to support individuals throughout the detox and recovery process across multiple locations within our service region. The RDS works closely with clients, healthcare providers, and treatment teams to promote safe, effective, and person-centered care while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and applicable regulations. Responsibilities Provide direct support and monitoring for clients during the detox process. Collaborate with medical providers, counselors, and case managers to coordinate care. Conduct client assessments, document observations, and maintain accurate records. Educate clients and families on detox, recovery resources, and treatment options. Respond appropriately to crisis situations and follow established safety protocols. Travel to assigned facilities within the region as needed. Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and organizational standards. Participate in staff meetings, training, and continuing education. Qualifications Experience in behavioral health, substance use treatment, detox services, healthcare, or a related field preferred. Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the assigned region. CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). Required state certifications or licenses, if applicable.
