Behavioral Health Therapist (LMSW, LCSW, or LPC) PRN and/or Part-Time Position Available - Gardens of Texarkana Join The Gardens of Arkansas! We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Behavioral Health Therapists (LMSW, LCSW, or LPC) to join our growing team of professionals serving adults with severe mental illness and intellectual and developmental disabilities in our therapeutic communities. Position Summary The Behavioral Health Therapist provides clinical services, therapeutic interventions, and behavioral support to individuals living in our residential communities. This position works closely with the Clinical Director, Program Administrator, nursing staff, and Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to ensure high-quality, person-centered care. Responsibilities Conduct psychosocial assessments and participate in treatment planning. Provide individual, group, and family therapy services. Assist with crisis intervention and behavioral stabilization. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support client goals and outcomes. Educate staff on behavioral interventions and treatment recommendations. Assist with admissions, transitions, and discharge planning. Maintain communication with families, referral sources, and community partners as appropriate. Participate in treatment team meetings and quality improvement initiatives. Documentation & Compliance Complete all required documentation in Therap and other systems within established timelines. Ensure documentation meets Medicaid, licensing, and organizational standards. Maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA regulations. Participate in audits, accreditation activities, and ongoing training. Qualifications Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field. Current Arkansas licensure as an LMSW, LCSW, or LPC . Experience in behavioral health, residential treatment, or community mental health preferred. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
