This position plays a vital role in helping individuals begin their recovery journey by providing evidence-based individual and group counseling, completing clinical assessments, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team. Schedule Available:
Tuesday to Thursday 9am-5pm Responsibilities Provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients receiving inpatient substance use disorder treatment. Complete biopsychosocial assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, discharge summaries, and other required clinical documentation. Facilitate psychoeducational and process groups utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities. Conduct crisis intervention and de-escalation as needed. Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings and case consultations. Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans based on clinical needs. Educate clients and families on addiction, relapse prevention, coping skills, and recovery resources. Ensure documentation is completed accurately and within established timeframes. Maintain compliance with HIPAA, state regulations, accreditation standards, and company policies. Build therapeutic rapport while fostering a safe, supportive, and recovery-oriented environment. QualificationsRequired Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, Addiction Studies, or a related behavioral health field. Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills. Passion for working with individuals recovering from substance use disorders. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary clinical team. Preferred Active Arkansas licensure as one of the following:
