As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) on our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and support. About the Role We are seeking a part-time or full-time Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team in Prescott, AR. As an LPC, you will provide counseling services to patients in one or more nursing home facilities. Your role will involve conducting individual and group therapy sessions, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest level of patient care.
Responsibilities:
Provide counseling services to patients in one or more nursing home facilities Conduct individual and group therapy sessions to support patients' mental health and well-being Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care Maintain accurate and confidential records of patient progress and treatment plans Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in mental health and counseling
Qualifications:
LPC licensure in Arkansas Strong interpersonal and communication skills Empathy and compassion for patients Social Work, Mental Health and Behavioral Health expertise Experience in a healthcare or counseling setting Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize patient needs
