Direct Hire Location:
Russellville, AR Salary:
$65,000.00 per year
Schedule:
Monday-Friday | 8 AM-4:30 PM | Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed Looking for a career where your clinical expertise can truly change lives? Join a dedicated behavioral health team providing compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals and families navigating substance use, mental health, and recovery challenges. You take initiative. You drive results. Here's what we're looking for (Requirements): Master's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related behavioral health field. Current behavioral health licensure or credential required. LPC, LCSW, or CS preferred. LAC, LMSW, ADC, AADC, and LADC credentials will also be considered. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with adults and families in substance abuse, behavioral health, and/or mental health treatment settings. Strong knowledge of evidence-based treatment practices and recovery principles. Experience conducting assessments, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions. Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary treatment team.
Responsibilities:
Provide individual, group, and family therapy services in a behavioral health and substance abuse treatment setting. Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Monitor client progress and modify treatment approaches as needed. Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation. Facilitate psychoeducational and therapeutic group sessions. Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams to coordinate client care. Provide crisis intervention and clinical support when necessary. Educate clients and families on treatment goals, recovery resources, and coping strategies. Ensure compliance with ethical standards, licensing requirements, and organizational policies.
