What We're Looking For:
We're seeking a licensed therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) who brings clinical expertise, heart, and a collaborative spirit. Ideal candidates will have experience working with trauma, mood disorders, neurodiversity, or chronic illness and a desire to grow within a thriving, mission-driven team.
Qualifications:
Active, unrestricted clinical license in Arkansas Minimum of 2 years post-licensure experience preferred Familiarity with or openness to integrative approaches A culturally responsive, inclusive, and relational approach to care Tech-comfortable and willing to work in a hybrid setting if needed.
