QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

: Master's degree in counseling, social work, or related field Active License in the state of Arizona Independently Licensed clinician ( required) ( LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LAC, LMSW) Clinical Supervision Authorization (preferred) Current CPR, AED, First Aid certifications ( preferred ) Current DPS Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card Bilingual (stipend) Knowledge of Microsoft Software especially 365 platform Experience with electronic health records (EHR)

• Advanced MD preferred Strong organizational skills and communication skills Knowledge of integrated healthcare delivery models Qualifying licensing would include: (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LAC, LMSW)
