Education and Experience:
Master's degree in social work, marriage & family therapy, or psychology from an accredited college or university required. One (1) year direct service experience in a mental health setting required (student internship and/or practicum time may be substituted).
Mental Health Specialist II:
Licensed as AMFT, ACSW, APCC, LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC required.
Requirements :
A valid California Driver's License and compliance with Agency driving eligibility criteria. How you will make a difference: Provides clinical services to youth, adolescents, and families by assessing their needs, developing treatment plans, and coordinating care with the treatment team. Facilitates treatment meetings, provides individual, family, and group therapy, and delivers services in homes, schools, community settings, and the office. Assists with crisis intervention, case management, and connecting clients to resources while maintaining accurate and timely documentation, reports, and outcome measures in compliance with agency requirements.
