Trauma-Informed Mental Health Therapist Location :
El Centro, CA Schedule :
Full-Time | 12-Hour Day or Night Shifts | Rotating 4-on/3-off, 3-on/4-off Make a Lasting Difference. Your Compassion is Needed Now. Blue Rose Consulting Group, Inc. (Blue Rose) is urgently hiring Behavioral Health Specialists to provide trauma-informed emotional and behavioral support to children in DHS care along the Southwest U.S. Border. This is your chance to bring healing, stability, and care to vulnerable children in critical circumstances. What We Offer Up to $8,000 Sign-On Bonus for eligible candidates. Your Role Serve as the primary behavioral health expert within the facility. Conduct proactive well-being rounds and risk assessments. Provide real-time crisis intervention and de-escalation. Deliver trauma-informed guidance to support emotional regulation. Collaborate closely with
CBP, HHS
ORR, NGOs, and medical staff. Requirements Master's or Doctoral degree in a behavioral health field. Active, unrestricted license (LCSW/LICSW, LMFT, LPC, LP). Minimum 2 years post-licensure experience (child/trauma preferred). Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred. Ability to thrive in high-stakes, dynamic settings. Why Join Blue Rose?
