Join Cross Country Education as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) and help middle school students build confidence and overcome challenges in Lakeside, CA during the 2026-2027 academic year.
Position Overview:
Provide individual and group counseling services to support middle school students' social-emotional, behavioral, and academic success. Conduct assessments, develop student support plans, and provide evidence-based counseling interventions. Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and school teams to address student needs and promote positive outcomes. Maintain accurate documentation while ensuring compliance with professional standards and school-based requirements.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Social Work (MSW), Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) License California Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) Credential preferred School-based counseling experience required; experience supporting middle school students preferred Why Join Cross Country Education?
Competitive Pay:
Earn $59.50 - $60.70 per hour, based on your experience and qualifications as an LCSW or LMFT, with weekly pay and opportunities for bonuses and incentives.
