Qualifications A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution. Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California. Demonstrated expertise in substance use treatment, with a strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic models. Proven experience delivering effective individual and group therapy in the context of addiction treatment. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, complemented by a non-judgmental and compassionate approach. Ability to maintain professional boundaries and ensure patient confidentiality while upholding ethical standards.
