Mid Level Salary:
$38 - $44 per hour Job Details - We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Mental Health Clinician to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be a licensed professional with a strong background in providing exceptional mental health care services. This is a permanent, full-time position that requires a minimum of 5 years of experience. Our Mental Health Clinician will work with a diverse patient population, providing comprehensive behavioral assessments, and offering effective treatment strategies for a variety of mental illnesses.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments to identify the mental, emotional, and behavioral needs of patients. 2. Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical expertise. 3. Provide psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families, with a focus on promoting mental health and well-being. 4. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to patient care. 5. Advocate for patients' rights and needs, ensuring that they have access to the resources and services required. 6. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress. 7. Participate in ongoing professional development activities to stay abreast of the latest advancements in mental health care. 8. Actively participate in case consultations, team meetings, and clinical supervisions. 9. Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment as needed.
Qualifications:
1. Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field. 2. Current and valid licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT or AMFT), Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC), or equivalent. 3. A minimum of 1+ years of experience in mental health care, with a focus on conducting behavioral assessments and providing therapeutic services. 4. Extensive knowledge of mental health disorders and the latest treatment modalities. 5. Ability to work effectively with a diverse patient population, demonstrating cultural competence and sensitivity. 6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong therapeutic relationships with patients. 7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound clinical decisions. 8. Proficiency in electronic health record systems and other computer-based applications. 9. Commitment to adhering to professional ethics and maintaining patient confidentiality at all times. 10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and challenging healthcare environment.
A bit about us:
- Join a dynamic Full-Service Partnership (FSP) team providing community-based mental health services to high-need adults. This role focuses on outreach and team-based care for individuals with complex needs, including those with histories of hospitalization, justice involvement, or housing instability.
